SECTION 9-25-17

   § 9-25-17  Execution against female onsmall judgment. – No execution shall issue against the body of any female on any judgment foundedon a contract where the debt or damages do not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00);but in such case, the execution shall issue against the goods and chattels andreal estate of the female against whom the judgment shall have been rendered.
