SECTION 9-29-4

   § 9-29-4  Costs allowed parties andattorneys in superior court. – The following fees shall be taxed and allowed in bills of costs to attorneysand parties in the superior court in civil cases:

   (1)  To the attorney of the party obtainingjudgment $5.00

   (2)  To plaintiff's solicitor for every complaint,original and supplemental 5.00

   (3)  To defendant's solicitor for every answer,original or supplemental, one only to be taxed, though several filed, ifdefense be joint 5.00
