SECTION 9-30-15

   § 9-30-15  Uniformity of interpretation.– This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its generalpurpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it, and toharmonize, as far as possible, with federal laws and regulations on the subjectof declaratory judgments and decrees.
