SECTION 9-5-11

   § 9-5-11  District court process returnablein any division. – Writs and other process from the district court, duly signed and sealed, may bemade returnable in any division, including writs of replevin; provided, thatwrits of replevin shall be made returnable to the district court in anydivision in which the goods or chattels to be replevied are taken, attached, ordetained.
