§ 9-5-28 Affidavit or admission of serviceon nonresident. – A disinterested person, serving process as provided in § 9-5-27, shallmake affidavit of the service thereof, and of the manner in which, the timewhen, and the place where the service was made; or the service thereof may bemade by the admission of service by the guardian, executor, or administrator,on the back of the process, and by his or her acknowledgment thereof someofficer authorized to administer oaths.
