Idaho Statutes19-606 PERSON ARRESTING MAY SUMMON ASSISTANCE.TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURECHAPTER 6 ARREST, BY WHOM AND HOW MADE19-606. Person arresting may summon assistance. Any person making an arrest may orally summon as many persons as he deems necessary to aid him therein.
