Idaho Statutes23-940 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESCHAPTER 9 RETAIL SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK23-940. Disposition of funds. All moneys collected by the director under this act shall be paid over to the state treasurer and placed to the credit of the general fund.
