DAIRY PRODUCTS -- MARKETING

25-3121. Violation of this act -- Misdemeanor -- Fines. Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00 or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Fines collected for violation of this act shall be paid into the "Idaho dairy products commission fund."
