Idaho Statutes26-601 RESERVE.TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKINGCHAPTER 6 RESERVES, SURPLUS AND DIVIDENDS26-601. Reserve. Every bank organized under the laws of this state and authorized to receive deposits shall comply with the reserve requirements of the Federal Reserve act.
