Idaho Statutes27-128 QUORUM.TITLE 27 CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIUMSCHAPTER 1 CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT LAW27-128. Quorum. A quorum of the board shall attend such hearing and explain the proposed budget and hear any and all objections thereto.
