Idaho Statutes31-2809 CORONER MAY APPOINT DEPUTIES.TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAWCHAPTER 28 CORONER31-2809. Coroner may appoint deputies. A coroner may appoint a deputy or deputies as he deems necessary. Deputy coroners shall be paid at a rate fixed by the county commissioners.
