STUMPAGE DISTRICTS

38-1004. Notice of hearing. After filing said petition with the board of commissioners, the said board shall thereupon fix a time for hearing said petition by order made by them, which order shall provide the time and place said commissioners will hear said petition. A notice of said hearing must be served upon each one owning land in said proposed district, setting forth the time and place of hearing said petition.
