Idaho Statutes38-1311 ENFORCEMENT OF ACT.TITLE 38 FORESTRY, FOREST PRODUCTS AND STUMPAGE DISTRICTSCHAPTER 13 FOREST PRACTICES ACT38-1311. Enforcement of act. The director may delegate to any person within the department the powers and duties of peace officers to enforce this act.
