Idaho Statutes40-1330 FISCAL YEAR.TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGESCHAPTER 13 HIGHWAY DISTRICTS40-1330. Fiscal year. The fiscal year of the highway district shall commence on the first day of October of each year.
