Idaho Statutes49-2422 SERVICE FEE TAXED AS COSTS.TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLESCHAPTER 24 MISCELLANEOUS49-2422. Service fee taxed as costs. The fee of five dollars ($5.00) paid by the plaintiff to the secretary of state and the service shall be taxed in his costs if he prevails in the action.
