Idaho Statutes56-229 SEPARABILITY.TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARECHAPTER 2 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE LAW56-229. Separability. If any portion of this act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the main portions thereof.
