Idaho Statutes61-1106 FEE.TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATIONCHAPTER 11 AIR CARRIER ACT61-1106. Fee. Each application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity made under the provisions of this act shall be accompanied by a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
