Idaho Statutes67-5312 VIOLATIONS.TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRSCHAPTER 53 PERSONNEL SYSTEM67-5312. Violations. Any person wilfully violating any of the provisions of this act or of the rules or regulations established thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
