Sec. 14-111q. Hearing. Any person aggrieved by an action of the commissioner
to withdraw (1) a license or registration, or (2) the privilege to operate a motor vehicle
or to register a motor vehicle in this state, pursuant to sections 14-111h to 14-111p,
inclusive, shall be entitled, upon request, to a hearing conducted in accordance with the
provisions of chapter 54.
