Sec. 3-17a. Payments to the state from certain financing litigation settlements. Any payment to the state as a settlement of litigation relative to financing secured by a special capital reserve fund shall be credited to the debt retirement reserve account and available to the State Treasurer for the purpose of preventing a draw on a special capital reserve fund.
