Sec. 34-409. (Formerly Sec. 34-81v). Domestic and foreign limited liability
partnerships: Amendment of certificate. The certificate of limited liability partnership of a registered limited liability partnership or the certificate of authority of a foreign
registered limited liability partnership may be amended by filing an amendment with
the Secretary of the State. The amendment shall set forth: (1) The name of the registered
limited liability partnership or foreign registered limited liability partnership; and (2)
the amendment to the certificate.
