Sec. 7-273. Contract for use of sewerage system.

      Sec. 7-273. Contract for use of sewerage system. Any town, city, borough or fire
or sewer district, maintaining a sewerage system, may contract with any adjoining town
or property owner therein for connection with and the use of such sewerage system.
