§18-2-15. Report to governor and Legislature.
On or before the first day of November preceding each odd- year regular session of the Legislature, the state board, through the state superintendent, shall make to the governor and to the Legislature a full report concerning the public schools and the educational institutions under its control and management, together with its recommendations in respect to needed legislation.
