Statutes > West-virginia > 30 > 30-35-15§30-35-15. Continuation of board.
The board of licensed dietitians is reestablished pursuant to the provisions of section six, article ten, chapter four of this code, and shall terminate on the first day of July, two thousand six, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to that article.
