Statutes > West-virginia > 61 > 61-2-20§61-2-20. Jurisdiction of crime of dueling.
An offender under either of the two preceding sections may be prosecuted in the county in which the death occurs, if it occur within the state; and if not, in any county in which the offender may be found.
