§9A-1-15. Acts repealed.
Article eight, chapter nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, and any and all amendments thereto, and all acts, or parts of acts, general or special, in conflict or inconsistent with or superseded by this article are hereby repealed.
