Bid notification to state recycled content requirements.

A notification regarding a state or local government's intent to procure products with recycled content must be prominently displayed in the procurement solicitation or invitation to bid including:

(1) A description of the postconsumer waste content or recycled content requirements; and

(2) A description of the agency's recycled content preference program.
