Monitoring enrollee level in basic health plan and medicaid caseload of children — Funding levels adjustment.

The health care authority, the office of financial management, and the department of social and health services shall together monitor the enrollee level in the basic health plan and the medicaid caseload of children. The office of financial management shall adjust the funding levels by interagency reimbursement of funds between the basic health plan and medicaid and adjust the funding levels between the health care authority and the medical assistance administration of the department of social and health services to maximize combined enrollment.
