(1) In order to facilitate the compilation of data required by RCW 43.88.505, each agency of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of state government shall submit to the director of financial management a current list of the permanent and temporary, statutory and nonstatutory boards, commissions, councils, committees, and other groups of similar nomenclature that report to, or are involved in the operation of, the agency and whose members are eligible to receive travel expenses for their meetings in accordance with RCW 43.03.050 and 43.03.060 as now existing or hereafter amended.
(2) Such list shall contain the administrative and cost information for each group that is prescribed in RCW 43.88.505(3).
(3) The director of financial management shall establish guidelines and a format for agencies to follow in submitting information on boards, commissions, councils, and committees.
