Effective date of rules, etc. of vehicle safety equipment commission. (Effective until June 30, 2011.)

Pursuant to Article V(e) of the vehicle equipment safety compact it is the intention of this state and it is hereby provided that any rule, regulation, or code issued by the vehicle equipment safety commission in accordance with Article V of the compact shall take effect when issued in accordance with the administrative procedure act by the state patrol.
