Chapter not to prohibit individual towing of vehicles to wreckers or processors.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit any individual not engaged in business as a hulk hauler or scrap processor from towing any vehicle owned by him or her to any vehicle wrecker or scrap processor.
