Suspension or cancellation of benefits.

The department may suspend or cancel the exemptions, benefits, or privileges granted under chapter 46.85 RCW or this chapter to any person or business firm who violates any of the conditions or terms of the IRP or who violates the laws of this state relating to the operation or registration of vehicles or rules lawfully adopted thereunder.
