Bonds — Appropriation from motor vehicle fund.

There is hereby appropriated from the motor vehicle fund to the state highway commission for the biennium ending June 30, 1969, the sum of twenty-five million dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of RCW 47.10.761 through 47.10.771.
