Application of sections to certain service provider agreements under chapter 70.150 RCW.

RCW 57.08.015, 57.08.016, 57.08.050, and 57.08.120 shall not apply to agreements entered into under authority of chapter 70.150 RCW if there is compliance with the procurement procedure under RCW 70.150.040.
