Public disclosure.

Public accessibility to records shall be accorded by health systems agencies pursuant to Public Law 93-641 and chapter 42.56 RCW. A health systems agency shall be considered a "public agency" for the sole purpose of complying with the public records act, chapter 42.56 RCW.
