The provisions of this chapter do not apply in respect to the use of bottled water for human use dispensed or to be dispensed to patients, pursuant to a prescription for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or medical condition. "Prescription" has the same meaning as in RCW 82.08.991.
