18-2145.Limited community redevelopment authority; laws applicable.The provisions of sections 18-2101 to 18-2144 not in conflict with sections 18-2102.01, 18-2103, 18-2107, 18-2145, and 18-2146 and necessary or convenient to carry out the powers expressly conferred or the intent and purpose of sections 18-2102.01, 18-2103, 18-2107, 18-2145, and 18-2146 shall apply to the limited community redevelopment authority hereby authorized.SourceLaws 1969, c. 106, § 5, p. 498.
