21-2070.Derivative proceedings; terms, defined.For purposes of sections 21-2070 to 21-2077:(1) Derivative proceeding shall mean a civil suit or action in the right of a domestic corporation or, to the extent provided in section 21-2077, in the right of a foreign corporation; and(2) Shareholder shall include a beneficial owner whose shares are held in a voting trust or held by a nominee on the beneficial owner's behalf.SourceLaws 1995, LB 109, § 70.
