23-2512.Commission; subpoena, oaths, production of records; powers.To effectively carry out the duties imposed on the commission by sections 23-2501 to 23-2516, the commission shall have the power to subpoena witnesses, administer oaths, and compel the production of books and papers.SourceLaws 1971, LB 921, § 12.
