28-452.Ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine; possession; penalty.No person shall possess ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine, or their salts, isomers, or salts of isomers, with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
