54-2761.Violations; penalty.Any person who violates the Scrapie Control and Eradication Act or any rules and regulations adopted and promulgated pursuant thereto is guilty of a Class IV misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class II misdemeanor for each subsequent offense.SourceLaws 2003, LB 158, § 61.
