54-706.17. Violations of act; penalty.Any person violating the Bovine Tuberculosis Act or any rule or regulation adopted and promulgated under the act for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a Class II misdemeanor. SourceLaws 2007, LB110, § 17.
