59-1404.Proprietors; assigns; licensees; benefits.Upon compliance with the provisions of sections 59-1401 to 59-1406 the proprietors, their assigns and licensees, of musical compositions copyrighted under the laws of the United States shall be entitled to all the benefits thereof.SourceLaws 1945, c. 139, § 4, p. 440.
