79-1008.01. Equalizationaid; amount.Except as provided in sections 79-1008.02 to 79-1010, each local system shall receive equalization aid in the amount thatthe total formula need of each local system, as determined pursuant to sections 79-1007.01 to 79-1007.23 andsection 79-1007.25, exceeds its total formula resources as determinedpursuant to sections 79-1015.01 to 79-1018.01.
