§ 4-b.  Advertising. Every such non-insured banking organization shall  include in all its  advertising  within  the  state  with  reference  to  deposit  accounts  the statement substantially as follows: "DEPOSITS NOT  INSURED".  Where such advertising is printed the statement shall  be  of  such size and print to be clearly legible, all letters in such statement  being  of  the  same size and character.   No further reference shall be  contained in the advertising of non-insured banking  organizations  with  reference  to  the  insurance  of  depositors  which  shall  tend  to be  misleading in connection therewith. The non-English  equivalent  of  the  insurance  statement  may be used in any advertisement provided that the  entire advertisement is in such language and that  the  translation  has  had the prior approval of the superintendent of banks.
