§   37-a.  Submission  of  annual  reports  by  the  Holocaust  claims  processing office. The  superintendent  shall  report  annually  to  the  governor,  the  temporary  president  of  the senate, the speaker of the  assembly, the chairs of the senate standing committees  on  finance  and  banks,  and  the  chairs of the assembly standing committees on ways and  means and banks on the fifteenth of January of each year, a statement of  condition with respect to the purpose, policies and  activities  of  the  Holocaust  claims  processing  office.  Such  report  shall  include the  following information:    1. such offices' operations and accomplishments; and    2. a schedule of expenses  including,  but  not  limited  to  personal  service  costs,  nonpersonal  service  costs and expenses related to the  recovery of properties belonging to Holocaust victim survivors.
