§ 123. Reports of directors' examinations.  1.  A report in writing of  any examination made pursuant to the requirements of section one hundred  twenty-two of this article, shall be presented to the board of directors  of  such  bank  or  trust  company  at  their next regular meeting after  completion of such examination, and placed on file in such bank or trust  company,  and  a  duplicate  thereof  filed  in  the   office   of   the  superintendent.  Such  report  shall  contain  such  information  as the  superintendent shall require.    2. A report prepared pursuant to part three hundred sixty-three of the  rules and regulations of the Federal Deposit Insurance  Corporation,  as  the  same  may be amended from time to time, may, in the sole discretion  of the  superintendent,  satisfy  the  reporting  requirements  of  this  section.    3.  Any report filed in the office of the superintendent shall include  a certificate that such report was presented to the board of  directors,  in the form prescribed by the superintendent.
