* §  205-a.  Certain  pilot  projects.  Any  county operating a county  hospital employing physicians and dentists pursuant to a  pilot  project  approved  by  the  public  health  council,  whereby such physicians and  dentists may receive fees for private professional services rendered  in  accordance  with section one hundred thirty of the general municipal law  in addition to the amount of remuneration fixed by the respective county  legislative bodies for regular services,  shall  be  required  to  adopt  rules  and  regulations  to govern such fees. Such rules and regulations  shall be subject to the approval of the public health council.    * NB Effective until December 1, 2010    * § 205-a. Certain pilot  projects.
