§  315.  Resident  parole  facility. There shall be in the division of  parole a short-term state parole facility to be known  as  the  resident  parole  facility  consisting of such camps or residences as the board of  parole shall from time to time establish for the  care,  treatment,  and  rehabilitation of males and females who were between the ages of sixteen  and  twenty-one years at the time of the commission of the act for which  they were adjudged youthful offenders, wayward minors or convicted of  a  crime  or  offense  and  who  are  under the supervision of the board of  parole. The  division  shall  have  the  custody  of  such  parolees  in  accordance  with  the  terms  and conditions established by the board of  parole for such parolees.
