§  176.  Contributions.  1.  The  full cost of premium or subscription  charges for the long term care insurance plan  established  pursuant  to  this article shall be paid by the employee.    2.  The  chief  fiscal  officer  of  a participating employer shall be  authorized to deduct from the wages or salary paid to its employees  who  are participants in such long term care insurance plan the sums required  to be paid by them under such plan.    3.  The  president  shall  have  power  and  authority  to  make  such  inspection of the employment and payroll records  of  any  participating  employer  concerning  any  of its employees who are participants in such  long term care insurance plan, as he or she may deem necessary.
